The Regional Cooperative Care Program (RCCP) is a pioneering partnership of American Medical Response, the Bonita- Sunnyside Fire Protection District, City of Chula Vista, City of Imperial Beach, City of La Mesa, City of Lemon Grove, City of National City and the San Miguel Consolidated Fire Protection District. The RCCP was created to enhance and integrate quality assurance/ quality improvement and training programs, ensure a seamless incident command structure and provide centralized infection control systems. The program was designed to ensure that continually upgraded and updated common standards are attained and maintained by all life-saving organizations in the RCCP.
